My mom and dad were able to get their new Ergo Audrey up and running yesterday, even sending me a couple of enthusiastic thank-you emails. But when they tried to add a new email address specifically for my mom to use with their local ISP, Audrey gave up the ghost. Their local tech helper hasn't been able to figure out what's what, and I've posted a couple of queries for assistance to Audrey-related discussion boards.
